CARYS SIÂN CHAFER
"The greatest danger for most of us is not that our aim is too high and we miss it, but that it is too low and we reach it."
Carys started performing at a young age, her first memorable role was in Whistle Down the Wind performed at the Liverpool Empire when she was seven. By aged nine she had completed two runs of Joseph and His Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat with Darren Day at the Manchester Opera House. Throughout university she tackled many challenging lead roles and has trained under the L.A.M.D.A Syllabus up to grade 7. Outside of acting Carys is a keen musician, and dancer, a grade 8 flautist and gold medal winner in Ballroom, Latin, Line Dancing, Irish and Tap. Carys joined A Play Fitted at the end of 2019 after coming to our rescue, stepping in at the last minute to understudy an absent actor. This year she will be tackling many new, and varied roles as she joins our core cast.
